A young boy helps the emperor and keeps his cool with a mean guard — even taking ‘punishment’ himself so the guard learns his lesson. I love how the story carries the spirit of Indian tradition, where being kind and smart go hand in hand. Simple, a bit suspenseful, and so much fun when everyone gets what they deserve!
